Hi there, I am Eugenia. I'm a mother, a wife, and a professional. I understand that life doesn't hit pause to let you regain your balance. My exploration of true well-being started over 15 years ago. I was chubby, unhappy with my looks, and on a good trajectory to develop typical unhealthy conditions (considering my family has a history of heart diseases and cancer). Refusing to accept that as my destiny, I started researching about turning one's health around. That led me down the rabbit hole of learning about human body and mind and how interconnected all our systems are. I've tried every single protocol I found on myself - so, in a sense, I'm your guinea-pig for all things health and fitness. Through that process, I noticed that cleaning up my lifestyle and working on my health also made me more resilient mentally. And this resilience contributed to development of discipline that serves me in all areas of my life. So, it's an upward spiral.
After years of trial and error, I've developed a simple philosophy around health, both physical and mental. It's a set of general principals to apply when making decisions, however small or big. Although I started my exploration way before starting a family, it has served me as nothing else in all things motherhood, preparing my body and mind for this challenging and so rewarding mission. I get asked a lot to share what I do, especially by aspiring mothers or women with young kids. I decided to write it down and share it here with all of you in the hope that it might save you a couple of slips and help you fortify yourself for whatever challenging endeavour you're embarking on. It's super simple - it's not always easy. But I'll guide you through it. Ready?
